Lead-path monitoring for business websites

Your website may be online.
But is it still bringing in leads?

LeadWatch checks the pages, forms, buttons, phone links, email links and booking paths that your business relies on for enquiries. It records what it found and alerts you when something appears broken, missing or not working as expected.

  • Catch common lead-path failures sooner
  • Know when key forms, buttons or booking links appear broken
  • Monitor the enquiry paths your business depends on
  • Get clear alerts when something important changes or disappears
Silent failures

Contact forms and booking links can quietly break without the site going offline.

Missed enquiries

Many businesses only find out after customers stop getting through.

Clear alerts

LeadWatch tells you what it checked, what it found, and where to look.

A website can look fine and still be losing enquiries

A contact page can load perfectly while the form is missing, the booking button leads nowhere, the phone link is wrong, or the enquiry path quietly stops working. LeadWatch focuses on the customer paths that bring business in — so those failures don't sit unnoticed for weeks.

What LeadWatch checks

The visible parts of your website that turn visitors into enquiries.

Contact forms

Checks that an enquiry form still appears where expected.

Quote forms

Watches for quote and callback request forms on the pages you nominate.

Phone links

Checks that click-to-call links are present and formatted correctly.

Email links

Checks that mail links are present and point to the address you expect.

Booking links

Checks links to Calendly, booking systems and external schedulers.

CTA buttons

Checks that important buttons and their destination links appear on the page.

Thank-you pages

Checks confirmation URLs used after enquiries or bookings still respond.

Key enquiry pages

Checks that pages your business depends on for leads still load as expected.

How it works

Straightforward, evidence-first monitoring — no black-box scoring.

1

Add your website

Tell LeadWatch which website or client site to monitor.

2

Choose your lead paths

Pick the contact pages, booking links, forms and buttons that matter to enquiries.

3

We check regularly

LeadWatch checks those paths and records what it saw at each check.

4

You get a clear alert

If something important appears broken, missing or changed, you get a plain-English notification.

What LeadWatch does — and what it doesn't claim to do

LeadWatch checks common visible failure points in your website's lead paths: pages loading, forms appearing, buttons and links being present, and key URLs responding as expected. It helps catch silent issues sooner, but it does not replace full human QA or guarantee that every possible enquiry problem will be detected.

What it does

  • Checks that the pages you nominate still load.
  • Looks for the forms, buttons, phone or email links you expect.
  • Records the evidence from each check so you can see why we flagged it.
  • Sends a clear email alert when something important appears broken (Business Beta).
  • Sends a recovery notice when a previously broken path looks healthy again.

What it doesn't do

  • It's not a general uptime monitor for every URL on your site.
  • It doesn't submit forms end-to-end or complete real bookings.
  • It can't guarantee every enquiry problem will be detected.
  • It doesn't replace human QA before launches or major redesigns.
  • It's not an SEO, analytics or conversion-rate tool.
